INSANITY Week 1


Just completed my first week of Insanity! Yay for me! I can't believe how hard it was. Thankfully I didn't get sick during any of the workouts. I actually felt myself getting stronger. However the morning after day 3 my abs and legs were like jello. I had to roll out of bed and was uncertain my legs could hold me up! How was I going to pick Mason up out of his crib? haha!
